PURPOSE
The Little River Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center is requesting pricing information from a select group of qualified vendors for the production of souvenir T-shirts for the World Famous Blue Crab Festival and Little River ShrimpFest.
This request is not a public bid solicitation and does not obligate the Chamber to award a contract. EVENT DATES

• World Famous Blue Crab Festival: May 16 & 17, 2026
• Little River ShrimpFest: October 10 & 11, 2026

SCOPE SUMMARY
Vendors are asked to provide pricing for the following (full details below):

• Souvenir T-shirts for retail sale
• Staff polos

Artwork will be provided by the Chamber. REQUESTED PRICING DETAILS
Please include pricing for:

• Quality T-shirts (Gildan or equivalent)
• Left chest and full back print
• Minimum quantity: 1,000 units
• Sizes: Small through 3XL
• Fifteen (15) staff polos with embroidered crest
• Any setup or production costs

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Pricing submissions should include:

• Company name and primary contact
• Brief summary of relevant experience
• Estimated production timeline
• Itemized pricing and total cost
• Any assumptions or optional add-ons

REVIEW AND SELECTION
Pricing will be reviewed based on overall value, experience, quality, and ability to meet delivery timelines. Preference may be given to members of the Little River Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center.
The Chamber reserves the right to accept or decline any submission, request additional information, or make a selection at its discretion.
