PURPOSE
The Little River Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center is requesting pricing information from a select group of qualified vendors for inflatable rentals and related services for the Kidz Zone at the World Famous Blue Crab Festival and Little River ShrimpFest.
This request is not a public bid solicitation and does not obligate the Chamber to award a contract. EVENT DATES

• World Famous Blue Crab Festival: May 16 & 17, 2026
• Little River ShrimpFest: October 10 & 11, 2026

Both events are two-day outdoor street festivals. SCOPE SUMMARY
Vendors are asked to provide pricing and availability for inflatable attractions suitable for children and families, including delivery, setup, operation support (if applicable), and teardown. REQUESTED PRICING DETAILS
Please include pricing for:

• A variety of inflatable attractions appropriate for children
  (e.g., bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables)
• Two-day rental per event
• Delivery, setup, breakdown, and removal
• Staffing options (if required or recommended)
• Power requirements (if applicable)
• Any additional fees or service requirements

INSURANCE & SAFETY
Please confirm:

• General liability insurance coverage
• Compliance with applicable safety standards
• Supervision requirements or vendor-provided attendants

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Pricing submissions should include:

• Company name and primary contact
• Brief summary of relevant experience with festivals or large events
• Description of inflatable options offered
• Estimated setup and teardown timeline
• Itemized pricing and total cost
• Any assumptions, limitations, or optional add-ons

 
REVIEW AND SELECTION
Submissions will be reviewed based on overall value, experience, safety record, and ability to meet event needs. Preference may be given to members of the Little River Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center.
The Chamber reserves the right to accept or decline any submission, request additional information, or make a selection at its discretion.
