1. Go to https://connect16.uc.att.com/sba/meet/?ExEventID=83103170. (Note: Program works best in Internet Explorer. Recommended screen resolution is 1280 x 1020.)
2. Select either the Windows-based (recommended) or Web-based participant application. (Selecting the recommended Windows-based application may prompt a download of the AT&T Connect application.)
3. Enter your first name, last name and email address. If you do not want other participants to see your first and last name, just enter Registered for your first name and Participant for your last name. (Participants will not be able to see email addresses.)
4. Once you enter the web conference, you will be prompted to select your audio device (the way in which you want to hear the conference). You have several options:

Have you been in Business for two years? Economically Disadvantage (Personal Net Worth below $250K) , and Socially Disadvantaged (Minority Group). If you meet all three of these requirements you may be a good candidate!
Learn about 8(a) Business Development Program, a nine-year program for socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses that have been in business for at least two years. This class may help you gain a foothold in federal government contracting and to become more competitive overall. Includes an overview of the benefits of the program, program eligibility, and the application process.
