R.A.D. Self Defense
Description
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. This 3 hour class will begin with awareness, prevention and risk avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training and demonstration. All women are welcome.
