Beverly has a Masters degree from St. Mary of the Woods, served as a Sister of Providence, a teaching order, for over 25 years. She taught in over nine states and Canada. She served as a primary teacher and then became principal. After leaving the covenant she served as a principal in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a part-time aerobics land instructor for three years, ran in marathons, and tried to stay physically fit...married after four years back in Indiana. Husband has two adult children and they have a total of four adopted children and two biological adult children. She retired in South Carolina in 2000.
