Description
For many people with disabilities, the ADA requirement for effective communication is vitally important. Effective communication issues can arise in many different settings including healthcare, government services, entertainment, transportation and employment. This session will review how the term "effective communication" has been interpreted through regulations and by the courts. If you want to have the most up-to-date information on effective communication, make sure you participate in this webinar.
