Description
Current Transitions Mission is to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life for individuals who have cognitive disorders and intellectual disabilities. Current Transitions provides training and coaching in critical life skills within a safe and friendly environment.
Saturday 7:00 PM, May 18: Dinner at Wild Wing Cafe. Teams will be picked at this time. Must be present in order to participate in tournament.
Sunday 9:00 AM, May 19: Golf will be Two Man Scramble.
