DESCRIPTION:Please join the South Carolina Emergency Management Division and its partners for OVER FLORENCE: A Crisis Resilience Workshop for Coastal Businesses.\n\n\n\nOVER FLORENCE is a workshop in which both the public and private sector come together over lunch to discuss ways to help businesses better prepare before a disaster and quickly reopen their doors after a disaster. The event will feature experts in business disaster recovery and business continuity planning. The event will feature a discussion of best practices in disaster response following Hurricane Florence\, business continuity planning and insights into the recovery process. Business leaders will have a chance to build and test their own continuity plans against a customized hurricane scenario during a featured table top exercise.\n\n\n\n \n\nThe workshop will take place on January 30\, 2019.
