Description
Show your pride in Little River, SC by volunteering in the Little River Clean-Up. The Little River Chamber of Commerce has adopted Waterfront Ave and The World Famous Blue Crab Festival adopted Mineola Avenue through the Palmetto Pride Adopt-A-Highway program.
Meet at the Horry County Public Parking Lot, 4460 Mineola Ave., Little River, SC 29566 (beside Pirate's Treasure House) on Saturday, October 3rd at 8 a.m.
Participants: Wearing long sleeves, long pants, sturdy shoes or boots, work gloves and eye protection are recommended. SCDOT will supply limited orange safety vests. Alcoholic beverages and intoxicated participants are prohibited on a cleanup. Volunteers must be at least 13 years old to participate in Adopt-A-Highway cleanups. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on all Adopt-A-Highway cleanups.
