Description
The Little River Rotary Club has provided the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center with a grant to remodel a large portion of the Center. The Rotarians, along with members of Rolling Thunder, assisted with the removal of old paneling and the painting of the newly installed drywall. This was a long overdue project, but the Center is now able to more effectively assist honorably discharged military veterans with their needs that include job placement, filing claims with the Veterans Administration, financial issues, and temporary placement of homeless veterans.
You, and the entire community, are invited to attend a dedication ceremony to acquaint everyone with this awesome project is at the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center, 421 Highway 57 South, Little River, SC 29566 on Veterans Day, November 11, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
