The Fitness Zone is an extension of the Human Performance and Wellness Center and features a variety of cardiovascular\, free-weight\, and aerobic classes\, machines\, and training.\n\n\n\nThe event will be on Thursday\, Dec. 21 and broadcasted live by 93.9 FM Carolina Country with Jimmy G. A FREE lunch from Jersey Mike's Subs will be provided from 11 AM until 1 PM with the ribbon cutting ceremony at Noon. Attendees will also receive a FREE 2 week gift certificate to the gym.
