Rolling Thunder SC 3 will hold their annual Candlelight Vigil to honor  & remember our Prisoners of War and all those Missing in Action from all wars and conflicts.\n\n Former POWs and/or family members are invited to attend and can be  recognized at this event. \n\nThe public is urged to come and join Rolling Thunder SC 3 as they salute these American Heroes.
