The presentation is open to the public and it is free. In his presentation\, Mr. Jackson will give you a glimpse into the life of a TV meteorologist while examining some of the biggest weather disasters in North Carolina history. See unique pictures of Hurricane Hazel\, the 1984 Carolina Tornado Outbreak\, Hurricane Floyd\, and much more.\n\n\n\nMr. Jackson is an AMS Certified Meteorologist. A native of Mount Olive\, NC\, he received his BS degree in Meteorology from the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at NCSU. He received the prestigious Television Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society in 2000 for maintaining a high standard of expertise in his weather presentations.
